Chapter I
The Starting: Disappearances
It was a dark and stormy night when Emily and her friends decided to play a game of truth or dare. They had been drinking and smoking all evening, and were feeling brave and adventurous. As the game went on, the dares became more and more daring. Finally, it was Emily’s turn. “Truth or dare?” her friend Jason asked, a mischievous glint in his eye. “Dare,” Emily replied, feeling a rush of excitement and fear. “I dare you to go into the woods alone and spend the night there,” Jason said, a wicked grin on his face.
Emily hesitated for a moment, unsure if she should go through with it. But the group encouraged her on, and she finally relented. She grabbed a flashlight and a sleeping bag, and headed out into the woods. It was pitch black, and the only sound was the rain tapping against the trees. As she walked deeper into the woods, Emily began to feel a sense of unease. She felt like she was being watched, like something was lurking in the darkness. Suddenly, she saw movement out of the corner of her eye. She turned her flashlight in that direction, and saw the tall white-headed entity staring back at her, its glowing red eyes fixated on her. Emily screamed and ran, but the entity was too fast for her. It grabbed her by the neck and dragged her into the darkness. The next morning, Emily’s friends found her sleeping bag in the woods, torn and bloody, but her body was not there. There was no sign of Emily. The townspeople searched the woods for days, but they found nothing. Emily disappeared, gone, taken by the tall white-headed entity. The day Emily disappeared her friend Olivia was nowhere to be found, her existence disappeared.
Days went by, and the town of Millfield became known as a place of darkness and terror. The entity still lurked in the woods, waiting for its next victim. One night, a group of teenagers decided to go camping in the woods. They had heard the stories of the entity, but they didn’t believe them. They were young and invincible, and nothing could scare them. As they set up their tents, they heard strange noises coming from the darkness. They tried to ignore them, but their nerves were on edge. Suddenly, they saw movement in the shadows. The entity appeared before them, its white head looming over them, its glowing red eyes fixated on them. The teenagers screamed and ran in different directions, trying to escape the entity’s grasp. But it was too fast for them, its long, spindly limbs closing in on them. One by one, the teenagers were dragged away into the darkness, never to be seen again. The entity had claimed more victims. The town of Millfield was cursed, its people doomed to live in fear and terror. The tall white-headed entity still lurked in the darkness, waiting for its next prey. And nobody was safe.
